About the Role
The HR Advisor at Rogerstone Park is a key HR Generalist role, providing pragmatic, operational HR support to site teams.
With a strong focus on employee relations, the role ensures consistent application of HR policies, supports people processes, and helps maintain a high‑performing, safe, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Employee Relations and Absence Management queries.
- Manage end‑to‑end ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability) in line with policy and legislation.
- Monitor attendance, identify trends, and support managers with effective interventions.
- Support performance management, including probation reviews and improvement plans.
- Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and documentation is audit‑ready.
- Maintain accurate HR data and provide reports to support decision‑making.
- Build strong relationships across the site and support engagement initiatives.
About You
You will have proven HR experience with employee relations knowledge and the confidence to advise and challenge managers constructively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Key Requirements
- Previous HR Advisor or administrator/coordinator or similar experience.
- Employee Relations experience (disciplinary, grievance, absence).
- Good understanding of employment law and HR policies.
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment (manufacturing experience desirable).
