Job Description Head of HR Join 2 Sisters Food Group, one of the UK’s largest food manufacturers, with an annual turnover exceeding £3 billion and approximately 13,000 employees across 16 sites. We have a strong presence in poultry, chilled, and bakery food categories. Rogerstone is one of Europe’s largest chilled food manufacturing facilities, producing a wide range of ready meals. As a Head of HR, you will lead the site HR function, manage HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, and shape the people agenda as part of the Senior Leadership Team. This influential role supports operational performance and offers the opportunity to develop people practices across a major manufacturing site. What you'll be doing as a Head of HR Lead and develop the site HR team, setting clear priorities and service standards. Manage complex employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance and absence cases. Lead TUPE activity and organisational change, supporting managers and employees. What we are looking for in a Head of HR Senior HR leadership experience in food or FMCG manufacturing. Experience managing and developing HR Business Partners and HR Advisors.
