We have a number of opportunities available in our factory in Willand, which has been continually processing for over 100 years. The rate for the Technical Trainer role is £14.31 ph. The hours of work for this position will be Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 18:00pm. There are other shift patterns and rates of pay, so please contact us for more information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the site QA Manager
  • Responsible for creating training documents / work instructions
  • Delivering classroom and Factory-floor based training
  • Maintaining training records and Matrices

Ideal Candidate:

  • Food safety Level 3
  • HACCP Level 3
  • Train the Trainer
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous quality and/or technical experience
  • Good computer and literacy skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English
