About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Quality Manager to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing quality standards across the shift while leading and developing a team of approximately 10 colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate and adjust daily tasks to ensure effective coverage across key areas mainly looking after our value added section
  • Maintain and enforce high food safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Provide one‑to‑one coaching and development to individuals, supporting performance improvement and growth
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met
  • Ensure compliance with retailer standards, particularly within added value and M&S product lines

About You

  • Experience within the food industry or a production environment
  • Proven management or supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, food safety, and compliance
  • Experience working with added value products and familiarity with M&S standards is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to problem‑solving
