About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Administrator to join a busy HR and Recruitment team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR and recruitment, with full training and ongoing development provided. The role is heavily administration-focused, supporting the recruitment of hourly paid site roles. You will play a key part in managing a high volume of applications around 300 per week using the ATS system, while also engaging directly with candidates and supporting the wider HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and processing a high volume of applications for hourly paid positions
- Screening suitable candidates and progressing them through the recruitment process
- Contacting candidates via phone to arrange site interviews
- Completing Right to Work (RTW) checks
- Maintaining accurate records on the ATS system
- Providing general administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
