We are seeking a skilled Site Services Technician to join our facilities team. This is a hands-on role, working in a technically challenging environment that involves some of the largest systems of their kind in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain 3 large steam boilers and support safe operation of safety steam valves.
• Oversee and maintain one of the largest refrigeration plants in the UK.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air handling units (AHUs) and a range of HVAC systems.
• Provide general facilities engineering support, including plumbing, lighting, cooling towers, and ad hoc repairs.
• Complete varied maintenance work such as changing pipework, repairing taps, and fixing door hardware.

About You:

• Strong background in engineering and facilities maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems.
• Experience with steam boilers (BOAS certification desirable).
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and related plant equipment.
• Practical skills across multiple trades, with the ability to turn your hand to odd jobs and general repairs.
• A proactive, safety-conscious approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
