About the Role
As Senior Factory Manager, you'll take full ownership of the PM shift operations (2pm-11pm, Monday to Friday). Leading a team of 4 FLMs and overseeing up to 600 colleagues, you'll be instrumental in driving performance, team engagement, and ongoing cultural change.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily production targets while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- Manage performance, resource planning, shift reporting, and employee relations issues
- Maintain cross-functional collaboration with technical, quality, engineering, and despatch teams
- Play a key role in site-wide change management and cultural transformation initiatives
- Act as the senior decision-maker on-site between 6pm-11pm
