The hours of work and shift patterns are: 18.00 – 06.00, 4on 4off
The rate of pay is: £13.80 per hour, plus a 10% shift allowance (£15.18)
Main Responsibilities: You will be responsible for….
Monitoring SAP in production areas housekeeping in frying and prep room.
Full understanding production process on SAP
Provide trainings on SAP for new starters in company
Monitoring training matrix’s and updating
Do adjustments in SAP for stocks in production and warehouse areas
Working close with people on the line to complete daily tasks on SAP
Work with excel daily updating KPI
Reporting daily SAP KPI to managers
Going to daily meetings as SAP representor.
Understanding SAP traceability
Working daily with Auto goods receipts error handling
Looking after SAP Packing admin
Creating new user names on SAP, communicating with IT support
Sending every hour ‘’Daily Shift Performance’’
Stock take report to Manager EOS
Ideal Candidate: Experience in a similar role with SAP with essential.
Factory based knowledge of SAP i.e. Power user trained in implementation
Site based operational knowledge of factory process min 6 months
Fault finding and resolution skills
