Quality Auditor – Thetford
The post works nights on a 4on/4off schedule from 18:00 to 06:00. Rate: £14.88 per hour with 10% night shift allowance.
Main Responsibilities- Uphold food safety, legal and quality standards of 2SFG, customers, regulators and stakeholders.
- Complete routine and non‑routine factory assessments to ensure compliance.
- Coach, train, advise and support factory operations teams on non‑conformance and deviations.
- Act as site subject‑matter expert on key technical disciplines.
- Solid computer literacy – Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Knowledge of quality management.
