About the Role

As a Project Engineer at 2 Sisters Food Group's Rogerstone site, you will lead key investment projects to future‑proof and upgrade our food processing operations. The role involves installing, moving, and upgrading machinery as well as facilitating site extensions. You will manage large budgets, coordinate closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth within one of the UK's leading food manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exciting engineering projects such as installations and site upgrades
  • Manage project governance: meetings, documentation, procurement, and timelines
  • Coordinate supplier activities including hygiene, FAT/SAT, and PUWUR
  • Raise CAPEX paperwork and manage supplier quotes
  • Oversee contractors, permits, and site safety compliance
  • Build strong relationships through collaboration with operations managers and production teams
