About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and driven Procurement Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our procurement teams. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while staying organised and meeting tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities
- Responding to various inquiries across the business related to waste services
- Gathering information, taking orders, and working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operations
- Overseeing the delivery of services and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and approved suppliers
- Conducting research to find new suppliers, gathering prices, and supporting project-based work
- Maintaining the contract database, ensuring all checks are in place to manage risks and governance
About You
You are a strong administrator with excellent communication skills. With a keen attention to detail, you understand the importance of accuracy and efficiency in your work. You're proactive, motivated, and enjoy taking on responsibility, whether it's managing your own tasks or liaising with team members.
