Portions team – Responsibilities
As an Operational Trainer in our Portions team your key responsibilities will be:
- Operational training of Machine Minders in our Portions sealing room.
- Training admin to support operational training.
- Ensuring adherence to strict health, safety and hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers.
- Ensuring products meet the high quality standards required.
Primary team – Responsibilities
- Training of a team across the AM and PM shifts totaling up to 94 staff across various roles and requirements within primary, EV and AWO\'s.
- Ensuring staff meet standards and licensing levels required in the Primary and Ev areas.
- Complete licence application in a timely manner for hanging staff.
An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectively across your team, between departments and at all levels of management
