About the Role
This is a 2-year apprenticeship position and a fantastic opportunity to break into the food production and New Product Development (NPD) industry. The NPD team is known for its creativity, drawing inspiration from social media platforms or various recipes to develop new pizza toppings. They create mock-ups for customers to try and work on customer briefings and requested ideas. As a NPD Bakery Apprentice, you'll begin a 2-year programme leading to an NVQ Level 2 in Bakery. Your time will be split between hands-on learning in the bakery and classroom-based study to complete your apprenticeship modules. Upon successful completion of the course, you'll move into a full-time role as a NPD Bakery Apprentice at The Pizza Factory.
