Quality Auditor – Thetford

The post works nights on a 4on/4off schedule from 18:00 to 06:00. Rate: £14.88 per hour with 10% night shift allowance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Uphold food safety, legal and quality standards of 2SFG, customers, regulators and stakeholders.
  • Complete routine and non‑routine factory assessments to ensure compliance.
  • Coach, train, advise and support factory operations teams on non‑conformance and deviations.
  • Act as site subject‑matter expert on key technical disciplines.
