This permanent, onsite role offers meaningful influence and development in a fast-paced FMCG environment. What you'll be doing Partner with senior leaders on people's priorities and change. Lead ER activity, guiding HR Advisors on grievances, disciplinaries and performance. Drive absence management and help managers improve attendance. Build trust with employees, managers, and union representatives What we are looking for HR generalist experience, with strong ER and absence of management expertise. Manufacturing, food or FMCG industry experience. Knowledge of UK employment law and confidence in handling complex cases. Experience guiding HR Advisors and partnering at all levels.
