The Role
As a Food Production Operative, you will support the day-to-day running of the production line, helping to deliver safe, high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working on shifts, you'll play an important role in achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards and contributing to a positive team culture while developing your skills within a leading food manufacturer.
What you'll be doing as a Food Production Operative
- Supporting the efficient operation of the production line
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and food quality
- Working with colleagues to achieve production plans and targets
- Monitoring materials and helping to reduce waste
- Following processes and procedures to maximise productivity
- Contributing to a positive, respectful and team-focused culture
What we are looking for in a Food Production Operative
- Experience working in a fast-paced production, manufacturing or food environment
- A strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards
- Good teamwork and communication skills
