We are looking for an energetic and experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team at our flagship site in Scunthorpe.
About The Role
This is a vital role for site operations, carrying out a variety of maintenance, repair and improvement tasks across mechanical, electrical and other disciplines to ensure optimal performance and minimum downtime of equipment and facilities. We expect the highest of standards and provide the support and equipment to achieve this. Working hours are 4 on 4 off, 07:00-19:00/19:00-07:00.

- The focus of the role is to ensure minimum downtime for production operations, improving processes wherever possible and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards.
- Comfortable attending and contributing to interdepartmental meetings.
- Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
About the Engineering Team
The Scunthorpe engineering team is a 90 strong, multi-skilled asset that is focused on world class engineering and manufacturing excellence. The engineering department has access to extensive equipment, including a fully kitted fabrication workshop on site. The immediate team for a Multi Skilled Engineer would consist of 12 individuals, including apprentices and improvers, reporting in to the Engineering Shift Supervisor.
