The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Your main tasks as a Machine Setter will be to:

  • Undertake daily checks on sealing equipment and Bizerbas
  • Ensure good startups in sealing departments
  • Grease all machinery in sealing room (portions and av - including conveyors) and heat tunnel chains
  • Replace printheads, drive belts, motors, bearings and adjustment of Bizerbas
  • Carry out Proseal tooling checks and reconditioning, belts, bearings and bushes replacement
  • Adjust Proseal programs for best efficiency
  • Carry out fault finding and programs basic adjustment on Metal detector's
  • Support with projects and new line installation
  • Keep an up-to-date list of machinery, tooling sets etc. and any relevant issues.
