Our Hygiene Team Leaders are an essential part of our production. Your key responsibilities will be to work within a team to:

  • Assist the Night Hygiene Manager in organising the night cleaning operation
  • Proactively ensure that all cleaning duties have been completed
  • Monitor and control chemical usage and concentration as directed by chemical suppliers and in line with COSHH and Company requirements
  • Be conscious of health and safety requirements
  • Actively respond to unplanned events when required

As our Hygiene Team Leader, you will:

  • Have good knowledge of cleaning processes in a manufacturing environment
  • Be flexible in approach to working and be able to prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Possess good organisational and planning skills
  • Be aware of health and safety requirements
  • Must be flexible and able to respond to unplanned events
  • Be comfortable working in an environment which processes raw meat

Experience working with chemicals and/or in a factory environment would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
