Hygiene Team Leader

A role like this will vary and will require you to work across the factory in a 'hands on' hygiene role covering responsibilities of a hygiene operation. Additional responsibilities include:

• Overseeing staff training
• Supervision of the hygiene team to ensure the right people are in the right place
• Ensuring compliance to hygiene team to ensure the right people are in the right place
• Post cleaning checks to make sure everything has been completed to the correct standard
• Ensuring that all paper is completed correctly
• Titration checks
• Chemical stock checks
• Liaising with other departments
• Completion of shift reports and handovers
• Any ad hoc projects as determined by the Hygiene Manager
• Experience of working as a Hygiene Team Leader or equivalent Hygiene and Team Leading experience. The role is ideal for someone with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative. Your communication and organisational skills will also need to be good
