We are currently recruiting for High Risk Operatives to join the Grimsby Recipe Dish site who are the sole supplier of fresh and chilled ‘best in class’ soups predominantly for M making it a great place to work.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the transfer of both hot and cold soups and sauces into the correct packaging.
- Conducting checks on key machinery in your area.
- Ensure food quality, safety and hygiene standards are complied with.
- Working with hazardous materials, machinery, and equipment and will be required to follow strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Have an in‑depth knowledge of the manufacturing process and factory equipment.
- Basic English and Maths skills.
- Knowledge of computers and SAP would be an advantage.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Able to use own initiative.
- Ideally you will have knowledge of machine operating e.g. pot fillers, checkweighers and metal detectors however full training will be provided.
Package Description
- Overtime at 1.33% after completion of rostered hours for the week.
- An additional 50p per hour between 10pm-6am.
- A structured training programme for all roles.
