Job Description
A role like this will vary and will require you to work across the factory in a ‘hands on’ hygiene role covering responsibilities of a hygiene operation. Additional responsibilities include:
- Overseeing staff training
- Supervision of the hygiene team to ensure the right people are in the right place
- Ensuring compliance to hygiene team to ensure the right people are in the right place
- Post cleaning checks to make sure everything has been completed to the correct standard
- Ensuring that all paper is completed correctly
- Chemical stock checks
- Liaising with other departments
- Completion of shift reports and handovers
- Any ad hoc projects as determined by the Hygiene Manager
Qualifications
Experience of working as a Hygiene Team Leader or equivalent Hygiene and Team Leading experience. The role is ideal for someone with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative. Your communication and organisational skills will also need to be good
