This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader ready to make a tangible impact within a dynamic and ambitious food manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the site technical team, ensuring compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and quality standardsAct as the site\’s technical authority, representing the business during customer and third‐party auditsDrive performance and compliance through robust BRC and retailer audit standards, with specific focus on M&S, Tesco, or Sainsbury\’s expectationsOversee hygiene and process functions, ensuring structures, systems, and training are fit for purpose.Contribute to site strategy and performance as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site performance, efficiency, and food safety culture.About YouYou\’ll be a confident, hands‐on technical leader with the credibility and experience to operate at SLT level.
