We are embarking on an exciting period of transformation and innovation, and we are looking for a dynamic Head of Engineering to lead this change and shape the future of our engineering operations. /n /n The Role /n As Head of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and implementing positive change across our Site D operations. This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking engineering leader to spearhead strategic initiatives that will modernise maintenance systems, enhance operational efficiency, and build a high-performing, motivated engineering team. You will oversee a team of 34 engineers and support staff, managing maintenance for a site processing 900,000 chickens per week.
