About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Advisor to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group.
This is a varied, hands-on HR role where you'll be a key point of contact for employees and managers onsite. You'll provide day-to-day HR support while taking ownership of employee relations casework and supporting recruitment and payroll activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers onsite.
- Take ownership of employee relations casework, providing advice and support throughout the process.
- Manage a range of complex cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, investigations and suspensions.
- Coach and support managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice.
- Support recruitment activity, including the coordination and administration of the recruitment process.
- Provide support with payroll-related queries and processes, ensuring information is accurate and dealt with in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all casework is appropriately documented.
- Work closely with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent and effective HR service.
- Support wider HR initiatives and projects across the site.
About You:
- Previous experience working in an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
- Strong experience managing employee relations casework from start to finish.
- Experience handling disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, appeals and suspensions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience within a manufacturing, FMCG or fast-paced operational environment would be highly advantageous.
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification is preferred
