The HR Advisor at Rogerstone Park is a key HR Generalist role, providing pragmatic, operational HR support to site teams.
With a strong focus on employee relations, the role ensures consistent application of HR policies, supports people processes, and helps maintain a high-performing, safe, and engaged workforce.
- Act as the first point of contact for Employee Relations and Absence Management queries.
- Manage end-to-end ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability) in line with policy and legislation.
- Support performance management, including probation reviews and improvement plans.
- Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and documentation is audit-ready.
- Maintain accurate HR data and provide reports to support decision-making.
You will have proven HR generalist experience with employee relations knowledge and the confidence to advise and challenge managers constructively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous HR Advisor or similar experience.
- Employee Relations experience (disciplinary, grievance, absence).
- Good understanding of employment law and HR policies.
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
