We’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team in Sandycroft on a permanent basis. 2 Sisters Food Group is one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers, and this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced business with real career progression opportunities.

Shifts Pattern:

  • Week 1: Sunday - Thu (04:45 - 13:15)
  • Week 2: Monday to Thursday (14:00 - 22:30), Friday (09:30 - 18:00)

In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. Depending on your team, duties may include heavy lifting, handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality. Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential; full training will be provided, including Level 1 and Level 2 Health & Safety certification. If you enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment and want to build a long-term career, we’d love to hear from you.
