About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Engineering Administrator to join our team at our Rogerstone site. In this role, you will support the site engineering managers and the function with a range of administrative, reporting, and coordination tasks. You'll play a key part in ensuring engineering operations run efficiently by maintaining accurate records, supporting projects, and assisting with day-to-day departmental activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate and maintain engineering KPIs, producing regular reports and dashboards
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Engineering Managers and wider team
- Assist with engineering project support, including tracking timelines and gathering data
- Maintain accurate records, document control, and filing systems
- Raise purchase orders, track invoices, and support budget administration
- Coordinate contractor bookings, permits, and site access requirements
- Support maintenance planning activities and CMMS data updates (where applicable)
- Assist with scheduling meetings, travel, and general departmental organisation
About You
You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll have previous experience in an engineering or technical administration role and be confident managing multiple priorities.
