About the Role
As the Electrical & Compliance Manager, you will ensure site-wide electrical compliance, manage HV systems, and oversee key safety protocols. This role focuses on planning, contractor coordination, and compliance leadership, directly supervising two engineers. Your strategic input will drive best practices and foster a culture of compliance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning and compliance initiatives for HV systems, PSSR, and PAT Testing, etc.
* Manage contractor engagements and coordinate compliance tasks with the on-site team
* Supervise a team of compliance engineers and apprentices, mentoring and developing skills within the department
* Implement best practices and fresh perspectives to optimize compliance standards
* Collaborate with a diverse team within the Engineering Department, encouraging compliance excellence
About You
We\βre seeking a qualified Electrical Engineering professional with a strong background in electrical compliance within high-regulation industries such as automotive or food manufacturing. Ideal candidates are proactive, have prior supervisory experience, and are certified as an Electrical Duty Holder.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Certified Electrical Duty Holder
* Proven experience in electrical compliance and safety standards within compliance-heavy industries
* Advanced certification in compliance or health and safety (preferred but not essential)
