As an HR Business Partner, you will lead employee relations and absence management while partnering with leaders, managers, HR colleagues and union representatives. This permanent, onsite role offers meaningful influence and development in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Lead ER activity, guiding HR Advisors on grievances, disciplinaries and performance.
Drive absence management and help managers improve attendance.
Build trust with employees, managers, and union representatives
HR generalist experience, with strong ER and absence of management expertise.
Manufacturing, food or FMCG industry experience.
Experience guiding HR Advisors and partnering at all levels.
