Your main tasks as a Machine Setter will be to:
- Undertake daily checks on sealing equipment and Bizerbas
- Ensure good startups in sealing departments
- Grease all machinery in sealing room (portions and av - including conveyors) and heat tunnel chains
- Replace printheads, drive belts, motors, bearings and adjustment of Bizerbas
- Carry out Proseal tooling checks and reconditioning, belts, bearings and bushes replacement
- Adjust Proseal programs for best efficiency
- Carry out fault finding and programs basic adjustment on Metal detector's
- Support with projects and new line installation
- Keep an up-to-date list of machinery, tooling sets etc. and any relevant issues.
