About the Role
The HR Administrator at our Willand site will be the first point of contact for HR enquiries and project work. You will engage with employees, managers and the team to provide HR Administrative support where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure employee files are compliant to legislation, updated, accurate and always audit ready
- Compile HR KPI's and action plan and track improvements
- Consolidate information and provide a Senior management report of all data accurately
- Support Discipline and Grievance hearing to build up skill level ready to advise management
- Understand Time and Attendance and able to execute the wages
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within HR administration in a fast paced environment.

- Agility and quick problem-solving in dynamic, high-pressure environment
