We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with both electrical and mechanical expertise to join our team. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding, diagnosis and repair
- Planning and carrying out preventative maintenance during quieter production periods
- Be a fully multi-skilled engineer with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Have experience within planned and reactive maintenance
- Ideally have worked within food production or FMCG environments
- Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Engineering
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills (motors, drives, PLCs - basic interrogation preferred)
- Solid mechanical maintenance experience
- Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
