We currently have permanent opportunities for a Classroom Trainer to join our Technical teams in Willand, Devon.

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 09:00am - 18:00pm

Rate of pay: £14.31 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver soft landing inductions in Food safety and Health & Safety to all new starters.
  • Deliver 3 yearly refreshers on Food Safety and Health & Safety to keep the site compliant.
  • Train out yearly refreshers from group.
  • Deliver yearly Toolbox talks.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passion for delivering high standards within your job role.
  • Prepared to learn and work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Good spoken/written English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Train the trainer, Level 3 food Safety (both can be achieved in Training).
