Your main tasks as a Classroom Trainer will be to:
- Deliver soft landing inductions in Food safety and Health & Safety to all new starters.
- Deliver 3 yearly refreshers on Food Safety and Health & Safety to keep the site compliant.
- Train out yearly refreshers from group.
- Deliver yearly Toolbox talks.
