About the role
As a Senior Operative within the cooking team, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen area, helping to deliver safe, high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. You will take a leading role in ensuring all products are prepared and cooked accurately, consistently meeting required specifications while adhering to production plans.
You will lead by example in the kitchen area, guiding and motivating team members, supporting training, and helping new starters settle into the role. A key part of your responsibilities will include monitoring cooking processes and maintaining product quality, while ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health standards are met.
