Job Description Electrical Maintenance Technician
Shift Pattern: Night Shift, 4 on 4 off 6PM-6AM
Salary: Up to £56,00 with Weekly Pay Structure
Located in rural Suffolk, Flixton is a modern poultry processing site producing high-quality chicken products for customers across the UK. Home to more than 600 colleagues representing a diverse range of nationalities, the site has built a culture centred on teamwork, safety and continuous improvement. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician you will be part of our night shift team to carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), handling breakdowns, and installation work on the factory floor. Our Flixton site is one of our renowned Poultry processing & production facilities, providing goods to other 2Sisters sites for use in products supplied to M&S and other large retailers.
Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to ensure machinery and equipment run smoothly
Performing installation work on new and existing equipment
Collaborating with a team of engineers and maintenance staff to maintain high operational standards
You are a detail-oriented and driven individual with a background in Electrical Maintenance. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a keen ability to assess risks and solve problems quickly. Your positive attitude and willingness to work in a poultry environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.
NVQ Level 3 minimum in a relevant Electrical discipline
Experience working in a FMCG environment is highly advantageous
