We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join our large-scale poultry manufacturing site, employing over 600 colleagues. This is a key role within the factory, providing high-level administrative and PA support to the senior leadership team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide professional PA support to the Site Director and senior management team, including diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site office, ensuring efficient administrative processes.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Support HR and operational teams with documentation, compliance records and site communications.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and confidential information.
- Coordinate site visits, audits and senior leadership meetings.
- Assist with projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate:
