We are currently recruiting for Despatch Operatives to join our team in Flixton, Bungay. Permanent, full time role working days. The hours of work are 6am-6pm. The weekly salary is £546.94.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring quality.
- Carrying out temperature checks.
- Accurately completing paperwork and recording information.
- Ensuring products being despatched meet customer specifications and new legislative requirements.
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Maintaining and improving systems and processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous export / dispatch administration experience is ideal, but not essential as training will be provided.
- Excellent administrative experience is essential, as is the ability to multitask.
- An overall understanding of transport / export / logistics compliance would be ideal.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse / manufacturing / freight / transport environment would be ideal.
- Excellent communication skills are essential as is a hands on approach – you will be expected to work directly with the warehousing / manufacturing departments and may be required to wear safety gear on site.
