We currently have exciting opportunities for Night Hygiene Operatives to join the team in West Bromwich site D.

The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday - Friday 22:00 – 06:00. The rates of pay are: £14.07.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cleaning all factory areas.
  • Cleaning all toilets, staff toilets and hand basins.
  • Keeping the yard, car park and perimeters clean and tidy.
  • Use a variety of machinery and equipment across a range of tasks.
  • Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.
  • Follow the Company’s Health, Safety and Quality procedures within the course of the role.
  • Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness, carrying out all daily, weekly, and periodic tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
Ideal Candidate
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail, able to influence at all levels.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels from customers and auditors to factory colleagues and company management.
  • Able to prioritise & organise own workload and work to time deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and highly resilient.
  • Ability to problem solve and influence in a fast-paced environment with sometimes conflicting priorities.
