About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the Boparan Group on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting our Private Office population, while also providing wider HR support across the Group as needed. This is a highly visible, hands-on generalist role and you'll be managing the full employee lifecycle and will operate at both strategic and operational level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the full HR generalist lifecycle for Central Support colleagues
  • Lead and support organisational change, including restructures, redundancies and TUPE
  • Provide confident, pragmatic advice on complex employment law and employee relations matters
  • Review, develop and standardise HR policies and processes across the Private Office and wider Group
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple businesses, balancing competing priorities
  • Support group-wide HR projects and initiatives, including systems and process improvement

About You

You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and continuous improvement to large organisations. You're resilient, commercially minded, and confident working with senior leaders as well as a multitude of stakeholders. You're comfortable switching between hands-on delivery and strategic thinking, and you thrive in environments where priorities shift and no two days look the same.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a broad HR generalist role within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong background in manufacturing or FMCG (highly desirable)
  • Hands-on experience of TUPE, restructures and acquisitions
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities with confidence and agility
