Our Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop the future finance leaders who will help shape the direction of our business.

What you’ll be doing

Over three years, you’ll rotate across a variety of finance functions at Site, Division, and Group level. You’ll gain hands‐on experience in a complex manufacturing environment, taking real accountability from day one. Typical rotations include:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Commercial Finance - Supporting commercial teams, analysing customer profitability, pricing activity.
  • Operations Finance - Working with factory teams on cost, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Group Finance - Financial accounting, reporting, internal audit, treasury.

Each rotation is designed to give you broad exposure to how our business operates, helping you understand the full financial picture behind producing food at scale.
