As Head of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and implementing positive change across our Site D operations. This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking engineering leader to spearhead strategic initiatives that will modernise maintenance systems, enhance operational efficiency, and build a high-performing, motivated engineering team. Lead the engineering team through a period of significant change, championing innovation and continuous improvement
Drive the evolution and utilisation of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to improve maintenance planning and execution
Collaborate closely with site management and operational stakeholders to align engineering initiatives with broader business goals
Senior Engineering Leadership experience within a Food or FMCG manufacturing environment
Technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
