About The Role: Reporting to the Shift Manager, as a First Line Manager you will have 4 direct reports (Team Leaders) and approximately 40 indirect reports. You will take ownership of production line output across various lines in the cutting operation, ensuring each line operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop your team to meet daily KPIs and customer expectations.
- Ensure adherence to World Class Manufacturing Practices and quality standards.
- Maintain strong line discipline and follow specific packing and production plans – no overpacking, no deviations.
- Drive productivity and morale while maintaining staff welfare and safety.
- Take ownership of the training, coaching, and development of your team.

About You: It’s essential that you have experience in an FMCG/Food Manufacturing environment along with demonstrable experience of leading and motivating a team.
