Due to a major investment in the site, we are now looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team here at 2 Sisters Scunthorpe. Building close working relationships with the operational management, you will become an integral part of the day-to-day running of the factory, both responding to breakdowns as well as completing planned maintenance. Working as part of a team of 13 shift engineers, you will run diagnostics along with completing work to improve the functionality of the factory. We are the largest poultry processing facility in the country, and you will work on a broad range of machinery, allowing you to grow your knowledge and develop your career.
You will be a part of an 88-strong, highly skilled engineering team; there are multiple opportunities to develop your career and build a job for life here at 2 Sisters. The engineering team thrives on strong relationships and teamwork, allowing them to overcome even the toughest of challenges. There is a reason the average length of service in the department is over 9.5 years!
You will need to:
- Hold an Engineering Level 3 NVQ/VRQ
- Have experience within the food industry
- Have both reactive and proactive skills
