We currently have exciting opportunities for Production Operatives to join the team in Flixton - Bungay AM shift patterns (3 week rota):
- Example Week 1: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu.
- Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat.
- Week 3: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat.
Pay rates: £13.00ph
Main Responsibilities:
- Correctly and effectively carrying out the required functions, once trained to do so, in the cutting hall.
- General operative duties on the line as required.
- Ensuring that all areas of training in basic food hygiene, health and safety and product quality are adhered to.
- Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hours.
- Keeping the working area clean and tidy.
Ideal Candidate:
- Have the ability to meet targets i.e. productivity, quality hygiene and waste.
- Work as part of a team and effectively communicate with all colleagues and Management staff.
- Be thorough and methodical.
- Be self-motivated.
- Maintain high personal standards.
- Be comfortable working with raw meat in a chilled and pressurised environment.
