We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our Wages team in Willand, Devon. This post is working Days, Monday - Friday. The hours of work are 09:00am - 17:00pm.

Main Responsibilities

  • Using our payroll, time and attendance systems
  • Validating and verifying clockings on site
  • Ensuring all exceptions are authorized by relevant managers
  • Updating system for holiday / sickness payments
  • Collating and reporting KPI’s for use within the factory

Ideal Candidate

As a Payroll Administrator you will have a passion for delivering high standards within your job role. You will have a professional manner, be prepared to learn and work well in a busy, fast-paced environment, and be able to work to tight deadlines and produce accurate reports. You will have:

  • Experience of using payroll systems
  • A good level of English both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly proficient Excel skills
