2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe are offering a brand-new hybrid role, working across Night Hygiene and Production Operations. With investment in operations on site well underway, we now have a need for a new Hybrid team to support further site developments.

This new role will focus on Night Hygiene operations, whilst also supporting Production to ensure our Scunthorpe site remains a world class production site. Operatives will work 12-hour shifts on a brand-new hybrid pattern; 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 7 off. Shifts will be 18:00-06:00 (4 hours ops, 8 hours hygiene) OR 22:00-10:00 (8 hours hygiene, 4 hours ops). This would give an average of 33.5 hours per week. The rate of pay on offer is £16.00 per hour.

Main Responsibilities

  • Adhere to strict food hygiene practices, regularly cleaning your hands.
  • Work at a consistent rate to ensure that daily production targets are met.
  • Follow Health and Safety guidelines.

The working environment is chilled and loud; we provide all necessary PPE but advise you wear layers to ensure you’re comfortable.
