We currently have exciting opportunities for the Despatch Administrator to join the team in site D. The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday to Friday, 14:30-22:30.
Main Responsibilities
- As Despatch Administrator you will report to the Despatch FLM and be responsible for supporting the despatch team.
- Helping to support the shift team members to ensure a smooth running of despatch.
- Producing daily reports and delivery notes.
- General office administration including letter/report writing, photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Providing traceability details when required.
- Using Excel spreadsheets.
- Using Hellenic scanning systems and FOPS 8 (Training will be given).
- End-of-shift stock reconciliation or supporting the count.
- Working with the transport team to ensure that the vehicle or equipment plans are on track.
- Setting up and managing the SKU’s and orders on Hellenic / Navision.

- Attention to detail, ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure is a must.
- Admin experience is essential – within manufacturing.
