The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday - Friday 10:00hrs - 18:00hrs.

Main Responsibilities:
- Training and assessing of a team across various roles
- Ensuring refresher trainings carried out in a timely manner
- Ensure staff meet the standards required to fulfil targets and customer specifications
- Planning of department training activities
- Completion of training documentation
- Provide feedback to employees and management regarding progress and performance
- Assist on production lines where and when requested
Ideal Candidate:
- Good level of English both written and spoken
- Good communicator

- Operational or training qualifications preferred
